Volunteer work
Volunteer work is a good way to help, meet new people and participate in something that is important to you. If you have little work experience, volunteer work is a good way to gain entry to working life and improve your skills.
At ANDSEA Global, Volunteers serve as fundraisers, organising events and activities to generate financial support for charitable causes. Additionally, volunteers take on the role of mentors and educators, sharing their knowledge and expertise to empower others through education and personal development.

Internship
An internship is a part of your career planning and is about getting in contact with the working life and in your career planning process.
ANDSEA Global through its local activities in Finland and international network in Sub-Saharan Africa offers Bachelor and Diploma students in nursing and social services the opportunity to complete internship in Finland or abroad. Sponsorship & Donation
Sponsorships are more transactional, providing a benefit to both the sponsor and the organization. We use sponsorships to support a group, an event or another activity so that it promotes the goals of all parties involved in the collaboration. We primarily use donations to support research or activities that aim to prevent marginalization, discrimination and exclusion, to lengthen careers and to promote youth employment. ANDSEA Global is a worthy partner for sponsors and donors.

We Partner with organizations, institutions and individuals on complementary roles and synergy to achieve the best results in our activities, projects and events. Partners can involve, for instance, in joint development or in joint marketing communication efforts.
