ANDSEA RY-Finland
ANDSEA RY (ANDSEA-Finland) is a registered non profit organization by the Finnish Patent & Registration Office since 2019. The organization is actively working with Finns and immigrants to promote internationalization of moral, social and economic activities for the people. We value innovation, technology and holistic work ethics which help people to navigate through daily challenges and problems with a goal of improving personal and community development.
We collaborate with private entities, non profit organizations, Civil Society organizations and other formal groups in the fields of health, moral and social rehabilitation, education, ICT, civic awareness, art and culture, research innovation and development.
On social and humanitarian grounds, we focus on:
- Counseling and mentoring programs for the youth.
- Moral and spiritual support to avert drug abuse
- Cultural activities to promote integration and cohesion
- Art and music to discover and boost talent
- Minority and immigrant social support services

OUR PROJECTS
CITA PROJECT– Comedy for Integration & Talent Art (2020 – 2021) – Closed
Funding partner: Espoo city through Helinä Rautavaara museum in collaboration with Gannaane ry
The CITA project was a catalyzer for enhancing integration into the Finnish society through traditional West African Based music and dance in addition to the various art works by artists from other countries
CSR PROJECT– Community Social Responsibility (2021) – Closed

This project was a sensitization on preventive approach to social problems faced by immigrants in Espoo city. The main focus areas included environmental preservation, physical fitness and lifestyle aspect
ACAMPWE Project– Art and Cultural Activities for Moral Progress & Well-being (2021-2022) – Closed

The project sought to connect, recognize and respect the impact of culture in our moral values and well-being. Noting that no culture is primitive……this project revived and boosted many cultural moral values eliminating the mentality of outdatedness, awkwardness and prejudice among different cultures in Espo
WEI-Project – Work & Employment for Integration (2022 – 2023) – Closed
Funding partner: Moniheli
The project’s aim is to raise awareness and participation on work and employment issues as integral elements in realizing community integration into the Finnish society. The main target group are immigrants of Swahili-Speaking background in the age bracket 19 – 35 years and who reside in Espoo city, Finland. The activities were free for the beneficiaries, participants and stakeholders. Therefore we invite you to participate as a job seeker, job creator, start-up, employer, employee or innovator to this project and make this society a better place in terms of facilitating work, employment and start-ups.

WEI-II Project – Work for Employment & Integration (2023 – 2024) – Closed

This project primarily entailed mentoring as the main activity for nurturing and producing mentors for personal and professional development focusing on work, employment & entrepreneurship
GBV Project – Gender Based Violence sensitization among African immigrants in Finland (2024) – Closed

This GBV project was implemented by COFAS Hoiva and the students of Diakonia University of Applied Sciences. The participants were immigrants of African origin.
